Availability

Dr. Hack offers weekly sessions Mon - Thur, with Thursday being a telehealth-only day. Due to the extended length of KAP sessions, he reserves Friday for these meetings.

Cancellations

Dr. Hack has a 48 hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full session fee.

Insurance

While Dr. Hack is credentialed with Medicare, he’s not taking new Medicare patients at this time.

If you have other insurance and would like to use your out-of-network benefits, he can provide you a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Reduced-fee options

If you’re in need of therapy but Dr. Hack’s fee is out of reach, he may be able to pay a portion of your fee for you. Dr. Hack reserves this for people in financial difficulty: people who don’t have the means to travel or put money into retirement, families with a single earner and no generational support, etc.
